Service-Based Nature

Please note that our services are professional consulting and implementation services, not physical products. Once work has been performed, delivered, and approved, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, we offer several protections and guarantees to ensure your satisfaction.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee that all services will be performed professionally and in accordance with the agreed-upon scope of work outlined in your service agreement. If you are not satisfied with the completed work, we will work with you to address concerns and make reasonable revisions at no additional cost.

Revision Policy

Most service packages include a specified number of revision rounds:

  • Website Audit: One revision of the report based on your feedback
  • Strategic Decluttering: Up to two revision rounds for optimization adjustments
  • Complete Redesign: Up to three revision rounds during the design and implementation phases

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Before Work Begins

If you cancel a service before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund minus any transaction fees. Cancellation must be requested in writing within 48 hours of payment.

During Initial Phase

If you are unsatisfied during the discovery or audit phase and wish to discontinue services, you may receive a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed to date, typically 50% of the total project cost if canceled during the first 25% of project completion.

After Delivery

Once final deliverables have been provided and approved by you, the project is considered complete, and refunds are not available. However, we will continue to address technical issues or bugs covered under our warranty period.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after work has been completed and approved
  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or feedback
  • Requests for additional features outside the original scope of work
  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf
  • Services completed according to the agreed specifications

Warranty Period

All completed projects include a warranty period:

  • Website Audit: 30 days for report clarifications
  • Strategic Decluttering: 60 days for technical issues related to implemented optimizations
  • Complete Redesign: 90 days for bugs or technical problems with the delivered website

During the warranty period, we will fix any technical issues or bugs at no additional cost, provided the website has not been modified by third parties.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of project completion or payment:

  1. Send an email to ask@giftskindstudio.world with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Include your project details, invoice number, and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide specific information about any issues or concerns
  4. Allow us 5-7 business days to review your request and respond

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any concerns amicably. If you are unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss the issue. We will make every reasonable effort to find a mutually acceptable solution before any formal dispute procedures are initiated.

Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
